This is one of my development pieces based on the windows of the Sagrada Familiar in Barcelona, and is a tribute to the architect Antonio Gaudi.
The colours are created using overlays of 3 different colours of cellophane and a printed acetate with the lettering on. It was framed with a card mount and photographed on a light box.

This is another "stained glass" image with a more traditional leaded appearance. Again it was created using card and cellophane with the leading bars coloured black using a permanent marker. The lyric is taken from one of my favourite Saw Doctors songs - Chips - about thwarted teenage love, but the lyrics compare this to the late night take-away on the way home after a late night out, and I love the juxtaposition of the everyday mundane and intense emotion.
